Thirty days,
pristine condition.
We're pleased to accept returns and exchanges for items in pristine, unworn condition within the first 30 days following the receipt of your order.
Beyond that window, or on items showing signs of wear, we're unable to process a refund — except in the special circumstances outlined below.

Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.
What happens

We receive & inspect
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send you an email confirmation acknowledging that your item has arrived safely at our facility.
You're notified of the decision
We'll inform you of the status of your refund request — whether it's been approved, declined, or is still under review.
Your refund is processed
If approved, the credited amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method.

A few things
worth noting.
Any free gifts or promotional offers included with your order will need to be returned for your refund request to be accepted.
The only exception for Custom Name Pendants is a cancellation request sent within 12 hours of the order being placed — once production begins, they become final sale.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded unless authorized due to special circumstances.
