It's important to note that CRNCY cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages if you opt to use a carrier other than the one provided by CRNCY.

Please note that shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.

The process:

1. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly send you an email confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your item.

2. Subsequently, we will inform you of the status of your refund request, whether it has been approved, declined or is still under review.

3. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please anticipate a processing time of approximately 5-10 business days from the date your package reaches our facilities for the refund to be completed.
