These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") and the purchase of products and services from CRNCY LLC ("CRNCY," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site or purchase our products.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or place an order. By purchasing from us, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Orders & acceptance
All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion — including for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.
An order is not considered accepted until an order confirmation email has been sent.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated at checkout.
We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, Sezzle, and Afterpay. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount. CRNCY does not store your payment information — processing is governed by each provider's own terms and privacy policies.
Shipping & processing times
Ready-to-ship items
Most in-stock products ship within a few business days of order confirmation.
Custom & made-to-order items
Custom or made-to-order jewelry requires additional production time — typically 3–5 weeks before shipment. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
CRNCY is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Title & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Returns, refunds & replacements
Non-custom items
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible non-custom items. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition. Return authorization is required before sending any item back.
Custom & personalized items
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once production has begun.
If a custom item arrives defective due to a manufacturing error, your sole remedy is a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not available for custom items under any circumstances.
CRNCY reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive return activity.
Subscriptions & recurring billing
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize CRNCY to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout.
Subscriptions continue until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account portal prior to the next billing date. Charges processed before cancellation are non-refundable.
CRNCY reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or terms with advance notice as required by law.
SMS marketing & communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from CRNCY — including promotional messages, order updates, and account notifications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@crncyco.com.
CRNCY may use third-party providers to deliver SMS communications. By opting in, you acknowledge that your information may be shared with such providers solely for this purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Warranties disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRNCY LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of use.
CRNCY's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to that claim.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to CRNCY LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute resolution & binding arbitration
Please read carefully — this section affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court and to participate in a class action.
Binding arbitration
Except for claims eligible for small claims court, any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules — not in court. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative proceedings.
Class action waiver
All claims must be brought individually. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are not permitted.
Arbitration opt-out (30-day window)
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days of placing your first order to contact@crncyco.com. Your notice must include your full name, the email address used to place the order, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in court as described below.
Venue
If arbitration does not apply, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
California consumer privacy rights
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to request access to or deletion of personal information, and to opt out of certain data sharing.
Requests may be submitted to privacy@crncyco.com. Verification may be required.
Force majeure
CRNCY shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain interruptions, or carrier delays.
Changes to these terms
CRNCY reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
