What works best for a photo pendant.
What kind of photo should I use?
A clear, well-lit photo where the face is in focus. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid heavy filters, screenshots of screenshots, and photos where the person is very small in the frame.
Can you improve an old or low-quality photo?
Yes. We check every photo before production and lightly retouch brightness, contrast and sharpness at no cost. If a photo won’t print well, we’ll email you before we start.
Can I put a different photo on each side?
Yes. Choose a double-sided pendant and you’ll be able to upload and position two photos at checkout.
Production and delivery
Every piece is made to order.
How long does my order take?
Production time is shown on each product page and starts once your photo is approved. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Materials and care
Will the finish fade?
Our pendants are plated over a solid base and finished with a protective coating. Keep them away from perfume, chlorine and prolonged water exposure, and wipe with a soft dry cloth.
What chain length should I choose?
Most customers choose 20–22 inches for a pendant to sit just below the collarbone. Chains added with a pendant are matched to the pendant’s color automatically.
Orders and returns
Can I change my photo or name after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If production hasn’t started, we’ll swap it at no charge.
What is your return policy on custom pieces?
Because every piece is personalized, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, we’ll remake or refund it.
