Our Commitment

At CRNCY, we believe everyone deserves the same access to our products and our store. We are committed to providing a website experience that is usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability, and to improving that experience continuously over time.

Standards We Work Toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our guiding standard. While no website can guarantee perfect conformance at every moment, we actively work to align our store with these guidelines and to close gaps as we identify them.

Steps We've Taken

We build and continually refine our store with accessibility in mind. This includes descriptive alternative text on product imagery, clearly labeled product options and form fields, keyboard operability for our navigation, product selectors and pop-up dialogs, visible focus indicators, screen-reader announcements for important changes such as price updates and items added to your cart, and a logical, properly structured page layout.

Custom Photo Pendants — Every Photo Is Reviewed

Many of our pieces let you upload a personal photo. We understand that positioning or cropping a photo on a screen may not be possible for everyone. For that reason, every uploaded photo is reviewed by a member of our team before production. We confirm the crop, framing, and placement on the pendant, and if anything is unclear or could be improved, we contact you directly before we begin. You never have to perfect the on-screen crop yourself for your piece to come out right.

Ongoing Monitoring

Accessibility is not a one-time project. Our team regularly reviews the store and monitors for barriers, and we treat any accessibility issue that's identified as a priority to fix.
